3. If the order is canceled, lost, or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including the convenience fee, if paid online.

However, in such cases, our team will take active measures to minimize such delays. if the issue still persists, your order will be cancelled, and RTO will be initiated.
