b. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. However, on rare occasions, Products and Services may be found to be faulty or deficit. In such cases, we offer return facilities in accordance with this Return Policy (“Policy”).

2. DEFINITIONS

3. EXCHANGE AND RETURN RULES

a. Return and refund to bank account are only available for prepaid orders, for cash-on-delivery orders you can only initiate an exchange with different size, products or if you’ve created an account at Lavender you can initiate for a wallet credit, no return and refund to bank account will be accepted for cash-on-delivery orders. (No additional charges for exchanges and returns)

b. For prepaid orders if you initiate a return the refunded amount will be credited back to your sourced account which you’ve used to make the payment.

c. Every effort is made so as to service the orders places, as per the specifications and timelines mentioned with respect to a Products and Services. If due to any unforeseen circumstances or limitations from Our site, the order is not shipped or delivered then such order stands cancelled, and the amount paid by you is refunded.

d. You can cancel the order after the Date of Transactions and prior to the dispatch of the product. The order cannot be cancelled once the dispatch has been initiated.

d. Please Note: After initiating for an exchange, you can no longer initiate for a return for the exchanged/replacement item.

e. Exchanges or Returns must be initiated within 3 days after the product has been delivered to you, no return & exchange request can be accepted after 3 days.

f. If you’ve placed an order for multiple products at once and wish to return them, your return request cannot be accepted for all the products you’ve placed only the maximum number of products can be returned, but you can exchange the remaining products or initiate for a wallet credit.

g. The product will be eligible for replacement only if the product/model is available in stock. In case the same product is out of stock, a refund shall be provided.

h. Exchanges/returns or store credit shall be subject to testing and verifying the alleged fault by an authorized person on behalf of Us. To initiate an exchange or return, you can simply do it from my account page or use the help of our live chat support available on our website.

4. PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING THE TRANSIT

a. Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product was delivered in defective condition, physical damage or fitting issue within 3 days of receipt of the product.

b. We will organize to repair the damage product or collect it and replace it with an equivalent product, or provide a refund, provided that You contact us within 3 days of receipt of the product.

c. Any damaged product must be returned in the condition it was in when you received it, together with any packaging and other items which You received with the damaged product.

5. ORDER NOT CONFIRMED BUT DEDUCTED

a. If the amount has been deducted and the order is not confirmed, please do contact Your respective Bank. It takes 7 (seven) Business Days to reverse back the amount by the respective Bank.

6. EXEMPTIONS

Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to provide repair, replacement, or refund for a product or service you purchased if:

  • The product purchased is sale items or promotional items (discount, giveaways, etc.).
  • If the product has been used or opened.
  • The product is not in the same condition as when they were delivered.
  • Misused the product in a way that caused the problem.
  • You knew or were made aware of the problem(s) with the product or service before you purchased it.
  • Gifts or free services.
  • The product is broken, tempered or damaged.
  • The product is returned after the return window is closed or the Refund Period expires.
  • Any other exceptions apply under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

7. RULES OF RETURNING THE PRODUCT

a. The request for cancellation of the product can be made in the following manner:

b. You are eligible to return the product only if you return the products in the same condition in which you received them.

c. Pack the product properly and label the product with the order number, return address and Your address.

d. The product shall be returned in its original packaging.

e. We do not accept liability for packages damaged during the return transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to pack the product properly to prevent any damage during transit.

f. Upon receiving Your return request, We shall verify the request and if found genuine, We shall arrange a pick-up of the product through an assigned logistics service provider.

g. The order returned must accompany all accessories (including freebies) which were serviced along with the other or else the cost of the accessories shall be recovered from the refund amount.

h. On receipt of the returned product, we will test it to identify the fault you have notified Us.

i. A copy of the receipt or invoices shall be attached along with the returned product.

j. You will receive an email or SMS notification at Your email address or mobile number provided to Us.

i. Orders can be exchanged only 2 times within 3 days after the product has been delivered to you.

8. SHIPPING COST:

Any shipping cost for returning the products will be incurred by Us.

10. RESPONSE TIME

a. Refunds are normally processed within 25 Business Days after the completion of quality checks of the product returned.

b. Refunds are normally processed within 25 Business Days after the veracity of the refund request.

c. The period of refund may also depend on various banking and payment channels, and We will not be liable for any errors or delays in a refund due to banks or third-party service providers.

11. CANCELLATION OF RETURN REQUEST

12. REFUSAL OF RETURN OR REFUND REQUEST

13. DURATION FOR RECEIVING THE REFUND For Order Cancellation

If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven’t paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 25 business days from the time of order cancellation.
