A Convenience Fee of ₹. 189/- will apply to the orders under ₹. 1,400/-
- Dispatch time is 24-48 and a maximum of 72 hours (excluding weekends). after dispatching your order is expected to be delivered within 8-9 days. Depending on your location and the availability of our delivery partner, you may receive your products sooner than our minimum shipping period.
- If the order is canceled, lost, or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including the convenience fee, if paid online.
- If you return an order delivered to you, the order Convenience Fee will not be refunded. However, if your self-ship your returns, we will reimburse self-shipment charges based on Lavender’s Returns Policy. For accounts whose return behavior violates our fair usage policy, a Convenience fee will be non-refundable irrespective of order value.
- Please note: Sometimes, due to delivery constraints from the courier network’s end for some locations, the order might get delayed, or the estimated delivery date may change. However, in such cases, our team will take active measures to minimize such delays. if the issue still persists, your order will be cancelled, and RTO will be initiated. You will receive an email from Lavender if you want us to re-ship your order.
